Last Updated: July 24, 2026

Welcome to Victoper.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of victoper.com, including any content, features, products, and services available through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “Victoper,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of victoper.com. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of the website.

By visiting victoper.com, creating an order, or using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Victoper

Victoper offers flashlights, bike lights, headlamps, and related lighting products through victoper.com.

Business name:
Victoper

Business address:
3739 Bloomington St
Colorado Springs, CO 80922
United States

Customer support email:
service@victoper.com

The business address above is provided for business identification and contact purposes. It is not a return address unless Victoper Customer Support specifically confirms otherwise.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to enter into a purchase agreement.
  • You have reached the age of majority in your place of residence, or you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes.
  • You will not use Victoper products or services for illegal activities.

We may refuse service, restrict access, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect Victoper, customers, payment providers, or other parties.

3. Website Use

You may use victoper.com to:

  • Browse Victoper products
  • Read product information
  • Place eligible orders
  • Access product manuals and guides
  • Review shipping, refund, warranty, payment, and privacy policies
  • Contact customer support

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Submit false customer, payment, order, or shipping information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
  • Interfere with checkout, security, inventory, payment, or website operation
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Place orders using unauthorized payment information
  • Abuse discounts, refunds, returns, replacements, warranty programs, or promotions

We may suspend or terminate access when there is reasonable evidence of a violation.

4. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, package contents, and other details as accurately as reasonably possible.

However:

  • Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
  • Product packaging may change.
  • Minor design or manufacturing details may vary.
  • Images may include props or accessories not included with the product.
  • Product specifications may be updated.
  • Technical or typographical errors may occasionally occur.

The product title, description, specifications, package contents, and checkout information shown on the applicable product page should be reviewed before purchase.

Please contact service@victoper.com before ordering if you have questions about compatibility, included accessories, batteries, charging requirements, or intended use.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve inventory. An item may become unavailable before checkout or before warehouse fulfillment.

We may:

  • Limit the quantity available for purchase
  • Discontinue a product
  • Modify product availability
  • Refuse unusually large or suspicious orders
  • Cancel an unavailable item
  • Offer an alternative product
  • Refund an unavailable or unshipped item

If we cannot fulfill all or part of an order, we will contact the customer when reasonably necessary and provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Prices and Website Errors

Product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, shipping charges, and other website information may change without prior notice.

The final order total is displayed before payment is submitted.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, description, inventory, or technical error, we may:

  • Correct the error
  • Contact the customer for confirmation
  • Cancel the affected item or order
  • Issue a refund for an amount already paid

We will not knowingly fulfill an order based on an obvious website error when doing so would be unreasonable or impossible.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation means that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that warehouse fulfillment has begun or that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is generally accepted when:

  • Payment has been successfully authorized or completed
  • The order passes any necessary verification
  • Inventory is available
  • The order is submitted for fulfillment

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Duplicate or unusually large orders
  • Violation of these Terms or another Victoper policy

If we cancel an order after successfully collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

8. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing information
  • Shipping address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • ZIP code
  • Recipient information
  • Other information requested at checkout

You must review your order information before completing payment.

Victoper is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by information that the customer entered incorrectly or incompletely.

Contact service@victoper.com immediately if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

9. Payment

Victoper currently accepts payments through PayPal.

Payment is processed through PayPal’s systems and is also subject to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies. PayPal’s U.S. User Agreement governs use of eligible U.S. PayPal accounts and services.

An order will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized or confirmed.

You agree to:

  • Use a payment method that you are authorized to use
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay the total displayed at checkout
  • Pay any fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal

Victoper does not directly receive or store your complete PayPal password, card security code, bank login credentials, or full payment card information.

For additional information, review the Victoper Payment Policy.

10. Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You are responsible for any taxes or payment-provider charges lawfully applicable to your order, except taxes imposed directly on Victoper’s income.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to:

  • Expiration dates
  • Product restrictions
  • Minimum purchase requirements
  • Geographic limitations
  • Quantity limits
  • One use per customer or order
  • Other stated conditions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Codes must be applied before checkout is completed.
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expired or invalid codes will not be accepted.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively after payment.

We may cancel or correct a promotion that contains an obvious error or is being used fraudulently.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Victoper currently ships eligible website orders within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship website orders to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • International destinations

Orders may be fulfilled through:

  • Victoper-associated U.S. warehouses
  • Third-party U.S. fulfillment centers
  • Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment

Some shipments may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, subject to inventory, carrier, weather, holiday, and operational conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. However, Victoper will handle material shipment delays in accordance with applicable requirements and the Victoper Shipping Policy. Under the FTC’s internet-order rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times and generally must obtain consent to a delay or provide a refund when merchandise cannot be shipped as promised.

For complete terms, review the Victoper Shipping Policy.

13. Order Tracking and Multiple Shipments

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking may require 24–48 hours to begin updating after the package is handed to the carrier.

An order may be divided into multiple shipments because products may be stored at different fulfillment centers. Separate packages may:

  • Have different tracking numbers
  • Use different carriers
  • Arrive on different dates
  • Use different packaging

Multiple shipments do not by themselves create additional shipping charges beyond the amount agreed at checkout.

14. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Responsibility for a delivery issue will be assessed based on:

  • Tracking records
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Shipping address information
  • Carrier findings
  • Fulfillment records
  • Customer communications
  • Other available evidence

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, follow the steps in the Victoper Shipping Policy and contact us promptly.

A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed solely because a customer reports that a delivered package cannot be located. Each request will be reviewed individually.

15. Order Cancellations

Contact service@victoper.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not entered warehouse processing.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has:

  • Been submitted to a fulfillment center
  • Entered processing
  • Been packed
  • Been shipped

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request an eligible return after delivery under the Victoper Refund and Returns Policy.

16. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Purchases made directly through victoper.com may qualify for returns, refunds, replacements, or other remedies under the Victoper Refund and Returns Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy:

  • Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns require prior approval.
  • Customers must obtain the correct return address.
  • The Victoper business address is not automatically a return address.
  • Change-of-mind return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s return and payment procedures.

17. Warranty

Eligible Victoper products may receive:

  • A 30-day money-back guarantee for confirmed quality issues
  • A 30-day replacement period for confirmed quality issues
  • A one-year limited warranty for eligible quality or manufacturing defects

Warranty support is subject to the conditions, exclusions, proof-of-purchase requirements, and claim procedures in the Victoper Warranty Information.

Warranty service does not automatically guarantee a cash refund.

18. Product Use and Safety

Victoper products must be used:

  • According to the applicable instructions
  • For their intended purpose
  • With compatible batteries, chargers, cables, mounts, and accessories
  • Within stated environmental and water-resistance limitations
  • In a safe and lawful manner

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable product instructions and safety information.

Do not:

  • Look directly into high-intensity light sources
  • Direct high-intensity light into another person’s eyes
  • Use damaged batteries or charging equipment
  • Charge products near flammable materials
  • Modify, disassemble, or repair a product unless authorized
  • Rely on a lighting product as the sole safety measure in a hazardous situation

Bike lights improve visibility but do not replace reflective equipment, attentive riding, safe speed, compliance with traffic laws, or appropriate road judgment.

19. Product Manuals and Guides

Guides, FAQs, blog articles, manuals, and troubleshooting information are provided for general product support.

They do not replace:

  • Professional electrical advice
  • Medical or emergency advice
  • Traffic laws
  • Workplace safety requirements
  • Product-specific instructions
  • The judgment required for safe use

If website guidance conflicts with the instructions included with a specific product, contact Victoper before continuing to use the product.

20. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may submit reviews, feedback, photographs, videos, messages, or other content where the website permits.

You confirm that content you submit:

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Does not infringe another person’s rights
  • Does not contain unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or abusive material
  • Does not contain malware or harmful code
  • Does not reveal another person’s sensitive information without permission

Submitting content through customer support or a warranty request does not automatically give Victoper permission to publish it publicly.

Where we wish to use customer content for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes, we may request separate permission.

21. Intellectual Property

The website and its content may include:

  • Victoper names and logos
  • Product photographs
  • Graphics
  • Icons
  • Product descriptions
  • Page designs
  • Videos
  • Guides
  • Manuals
  • Text
  • Software and website code

These materials are owned by Victoper, licensed to Victoper, or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use website content only for personal, noncommercial shopping and product-support purposes.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce website content for commercial use
  • Republish product images or descriptions
  • Modify or remove branding
  • Create misleading copies of Victoper pages
  • Use Victoper trademarks in a way that suggests unauthorized affiliation
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute website content

22. Third-Party Services and Links

Victoper.com may link to or rely on third-party services, including:

  • PayPal
  • Shoplazza
  • Amazon
  • Shipping carriers
  • Social media platforms
  • Video platforms
  • Analytics or advertising providers
  • Other external websites

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Victoper does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of an independent third-party service.

A link does not necessarily mean that Victoper endorses every statement, product, or service on the linked website.

23. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the Victoper Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as necessary to:

  • Operate the website
  • Process orders
  • Complete payment
  • Fulfill shipments
  • Provide customer support
  • Handle returns and warranty requests
  • Prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

24. Website Availability

We aim to keep victoper.com available and functioning properly, but continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed.

The website may be interrupted because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Hosting issues
  • Internet outages
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Payment-provider issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for express warranties stated in the Victoper Warranty Information and any warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Victoper does not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Every product will be suitable for every individual purpose
  • Website content will never contain an error
  • All third-party services will remain available
  • Every technical issue can be resolved remotely

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Victoper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the website
  • Unauthorized use of an account or payment method
  • Failure to follow product instructions
  • Misuse or unauthorized modification of a product
  • Third-party websites or services
  • Carrier delays outside Victoper’s reasonable control
  • Loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Victoper’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain personal injuries.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity performed by you
  • Content you submit in violation of these Terms

This provision does not require a consumer to compensate Victoper for losses caused by Victoper’s own unlawful conduct.

28. Events Outside Our Control

Victoper is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Epidemics
  • Government action
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation disruption
  • Carrier interruption
  • Warehouse interruption
  • Internet or power failures
  • Cyberattacks
  • Payment-network outages
  • Supply shortages

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and provide legally required remedies where applicable.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Colorado and the United States, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer’s place of residence.

Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

30. Dispute Resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact:

service@victoper.com

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • The resolution requested
  • Relevant records or supporting information

We will make a reasonable effort to review and resolve the matter.

These Terms do not prevent a customer from exercising any non-waivable right, contacting a payment provider, submitting a complaint to a government agency, or using an eligible court process.

31. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

32. No Waiver

If Victoper does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when expressly confirmed in writing.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of victoper.com and direct purchases from the website.

The incorporated policies include:

  • Victoper Shipping Policy
  • Victoper Refund and Returns Policy
  • Victoper Payment Policy
  • Victoper Privacy Policy
  • Victoper Warranty Information

If a specific policy directly addresses an issue, that specific policy will generally control that issue.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

  • Website features change
  • Products or services change
  • Payment or fulfillment methods change
  • Our policies change
  • Legal or regulatory requirements change
  • Operational needs require clarification

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply from the published effective date and do not retroactively remove rights already accrued unless permitted by law.
